A restorative 3-hour forest bathing experience with an Indigenous component, rooted in relationship with the land.
Guided by Candace Campo and Katherine Denham, this land-based wellness experience invites guests to slow down, reconnect with the land, and move through the morning with presence and care. Set in Porpoise Bay Provincial Park, at the village of Klaath, the experience blends mindful walking, forest bathing, and Indigenous ways of knowing in a gentle and grounding outdoor setting.
Guests will be guided through a forest walk, sensory-based forest bathing invitations, and moments of reflection designed to support calm, connection, and awareness. The experience also includes tea and a light snack, offering space to gather and integrate along the way.
