Forest Bathing
An invitation to help you reduce stress, increase feelings of peace, and improve mental clarity
About Forest Bathing
Forest bathing is a different way of experiencing nature in the outdoors. When you are hiking, you have a destination. Forest bathing is about getting out of your own head and connecting with yourself, your body, and the land around you. It’s a relational experience.
