As the only snow shoe and kayak provider qualified to share our First Nations Culture here on the Sunshine Coast we believe we have a unique service and we are happy to give you what you need to share with your readers and clients. Contact us for your personal tour.

Damage Insurance

For $2 you can protect yourself from the damages caused by hidden rocks or other obstacles. Please be advised that this does not cover lost or stolen equipment. We strongly suggest you keep your equipment attended at all times.

Waiver

All guests are required to fill out and sign a rental waiver form. Those under 18 years of age wishing to rent equipment must have a parent or guardian sign the rental waiver form.

Identification

All guests require valid picture ID at the time of rental.

    We know you don’t want to cancel and sometimes it’s unavoidable but it doesn’t have to be uncomfortable. We want your experience with Talaysay Tours to be memorable in a positive way which is why we do our best to work with you through that moment you have to say “I can’t be there”.

    If you find yourself in this situation rest assured we will make it as pleasant as possible. Kayak and Snowshoe Rentals, Lessons and Tours – 50% of the total fee is refundable with more than 24hrs notice prior to departure and 100% credit is provided if less than 24 hrs notice is given. We will do our best to fit you into another time slot or day so you can get the experience you were looking forward to.
